PAYMENTS
A $150 deposit per person is required to secure your trip. Minimum monthly payments are $200 per person and due by the 15th of the month. Your first monthly payment is due the following month after securing your reservation. Late fees of $50 will be applied to all late payments and will be deducted before applying the next payment to your trip.
Submitting multiple payments in month is allowed as long as the minimum amount is paid by the 15th of the month.
Monthly payments do not have to be of equal value however, the minimum payment must be made each month by the due date. Making higher or multiple payments each month is encouraged to have a more manageable balance by the final due date.
Final payment is due by Sept. 05, 2024

Q. Do I need a passport?
Answer: YES, a valid passport that expire six months after your return date is required for travel
Q. Will flights be offered?
Answer: YES, we will be offering group rates on flights once they become available
Q. Are refunds allow?
Answer: NO, in order for Book and Travel365 to keep our prices competitive deposits are non-refundable. Without the purchase of travel insurance no money will be refunded.
Q. Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Answer: NO, Book and Travel365 does not allow bookings to be transferred to someone else; all booking are non-transferable.
